Our jewel in the crown, the 32-swim syndicate lake, is a 23-acre mature gravel pit.

 

The lake features a 10-acre island and a network of interconnected pools including the Car Park Pool, Beach Pool and Mystery Pool.

 

The lake currently includes at least eight 40’s with the current lake record being a 47lb 8oz Mirror Carp.

 

In October 2025 we started a restocking programme introducing 10 C5 Carp from VS Fisheries to invest in the future of the lake. 

 

The syndicate lake has two membership options:

• full membership ticket - runs for 12-months from when you join for £460

• our new Winter ticket - runs from 1st November to 31st March for £200 - now full​
